By accessing and using Gingr Labs services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Description of Service
Gingr Labs provides automation tools and scheduled reporting services for users of the Gingr pet care management platform. Our services include:
- Automated report generation and delivery
- Email scheduling and automation
- Data integration with Gingr systems
- Custom workflow automation
User Responsibilities
Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and current information
- You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
Acceptable Use
- Use our services only for lawful business purposes
- Do not attempt to circumvent security measures
- Do not use our services to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Comply with all applicable data protection regulations
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for:
- Scheduled maintenance and updates
- Security incidents or investigations
- Compliance with legal requirements
- Technical issues beyond our control
Billing and Payments
Subscription Plans
- Free tier includes basic features with usage limits
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- No refunds for partial billing periods
- Service continues until the end of the paid period
Data and Privacy
Your Data
- You retain ownership of all data you provide
- We process your data only as necessary to provide our services
- You can export or delete your data at any time
Third-Party Integrations
Our service integrates with Gingr and Google services. You acknowledge that:
- Third-party terms of service also apply
- We are not responsible for third-party service availability
- Integration capabilities may change based on third-party updates
Intellectual Property
All service code, documentation, and materials are proprietary to Gingr Labs. You may not:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Create derivative works based on our service
- Use our trademarks without permission
- Resell or redistribute our services
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gingr Labs shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Third-party actions or service failures
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our services in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:
- Your access to our services will cease
- We will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your data
- We may delete your data after 90 days
- All obligations under these terms survive termination
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. We will notify users of material changes through:
- Email notifications to account holders
- Prominent notices in our service interface
- Updates to this page with revision dates
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Gingr Labs operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
